About Me

Posted by john on September 6th, 2006 — Posted in The Pain of Laziness

My name is John Bash and I’m researching and writing a book aimed at helping lazy people become motivated. As a recovering lazy person myself, I feel I have a special insight into this issue because I’ll know firsthand which “laziness cures” really do work.

The posts I make to this blog eventually will form the basis of my book (though I’ll always keep the posts up and keep this a free site).

I am a 53 yo white female. Kids went off to college 8 years ago. I work but when I get home I just jell on the couch with an occasional get up and do something. I am gaining weight, have no interests other than an simple computer came here and there. Any suggestions would be apprecited.

I like your “about me” John. I admire you wanting to help others.

I signed up for your “updates.” I’m looking forward to them.

Thank you.

Thanks John, this blog has allowed me to reflect on myself and to also see that I am not alone in the world with this issue of being idle or productive.
, any comments on being overzealous??
I find the times I am excited about things there is a multitude who aren’t, what to do then??
